Meal Plan Almost Tuesday!

I just barely finished it.   I had meals planned through the end of September 3 weeks ago, so October kinda took me by surprise.

Worst of all?  I ran out of chicken.  CHICKEN!  We eat chicken nearly every day, so this is a weird week for us!

Anyway, here's what I've got put together, keeping in mind we'll go grocery shopping Wednesday.


Monday - Slow Cooker Pork Chops, Carrots, Peas, Fruit
Tuesday - Pan-Seared Swai Filets, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Corn
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Extra Lean Pork Loin Tips, Potato Chunks, Broiled Tomatoes w/ Mozzarella
Thursday - Chicken Breasts with Tomato Herb Pan Sauce
Friday - Quinoa Chicken Parmesan, Corn & Peppers, Breaded Mushrooms
Saturday - Buffalo Chicken Casserole (Lunch - Honey Sesame Chicken, Rice)
Sunday - Husband's Marathon

I gotta say:  All the recipes I tried last week were really, really good.  I'd make them again.
